From Yang Ming Seafood
Looks mild and decent.
Impressive wok hey from the Horfun, generous amount of savoury sauce.
Definitely will be back for it.
Tender and juicy Andrew Boston Lobster, served on silky sheets of chee cheong fun with a finger-licking savoury sauce.
. Now become family fav zi char place. This time we ordered Andrew Lobster.
The thin smooth Chee Cheong fun sit beneath the fresh lobster. The gravy quite tasty (like hor fun gravy) with plenty garlic and spring onion.
💰$98 for 2 lobster.
It’s really tasty, crisp on the outside, moist in the inside, got wok hei , served with prawn, squid and egg.
💰$12 (Small).

Since only two of us, so I only can choose either crab or lobster. Decided to try their signature Salt Baked Crab (need to wait for 30 mins for this dish).
This method not as popular as chilli crab, but it really enhance the flavour of the crab itself. The crab was very fresh, the meat firm, no smell and sweet.
💰$85.

Have heard that this place is extremely popular, and decided to give it a try. Sadly, there were more misses than hits.
The best dish in my opinion was the Thai Style Fried Bee Hoon ($10) as it came generous with fresh ingredients and the noodles were pretty well wok fried! There was abit of wok hei and it was flavourful.
The Hor Fun was pretty normal, you can give that a miss.
The Cereal Prawn ($26 for medium) had pretty sizable prawns that were fresh and sweet. The cereal pieces were addictive!
Please do not get their pre order platter, as it was way too expensive for whatever that was given. Only rather cheap ingredients were given and we were charged $124 for just that platter 😱 and what's worse is the appetisers were not even good...
We ordered other dishes but they were not worth mentioning anyway... I guess I will probably just come for their bee hoon then!
