Xin Wang Hong Kong Café 新旺香港茶餐厅 (AMK Hub)

I usually think HK instant mee is dumb but I was in the mood for it, especially because I believed brisket would enhance it. I was right. Tender and fatty brisket enriched the soup. The runny egg also helped to improve the instant noodle.

Baked rice is always at the bottom of my desires as it's usually one-dimensional. But here did it quite well. Flavoured rice plus nice cheese. And the meat was quite tasty.

I was craving 菠萝油 but a bit surprised to find theirs has pineapple haha. Interesting experience. But it sucks their bun was cold and soft.

Served hot, so be careful.

Fragrant thick, sweet sesame cream, each spoonful of indulgence.

Inside 4 glutinous balls, black sesame paste fillings.

Springy dried instant noodles covered with sliced fried luncheon meat and fried egg.

Simple fare.

This sambal pasta took me by surprise because of the level of spiciness! Firstly it looks fairly different from the poster with Long strands of pasta, this looks more like fried mee siam and tastes like one too. Also it wasn’t quite what I expected it didn’t taste too bad though 🤔
