Ok so everything abt this place was disappointing
Veggies werent fresh, yellow yellow leaves some more. Fish, meat all still frozen
They cook the food until very soft, soggy
3 kinds of veggies, beef, bit of mushroom, 2 small bowls of rice costed $9.4 (expensive). Needed to go for second round after this
I'd rather go to Chinatown or Pasir Ris mrt for better ingredients and price
He Korean shop at this Kopitiam ha brought the ηΈι
±ι’ and rice cake to a new low.
The noodles didn't even taste like ηΈι
±ι’οΌmore like badly braised lor bak with potatoes with cheap soya sauce. It's just black and tasteless.
The rice cake is hard and hard to chew..
AVOID!
This stall which specialises in Henghua cuisine has been around for quite some time. Its longevity is a testament to its food quality and taste. (Date: 27 February 2016 Saturday) #katpies_henghua
Quite excited to find this Pu Tian (Heng Hwa) stall within Kopitiam at Hougang Mall but this was rather disappointing. Felt like a rather shortcut version for the Beehoon seemed to be simply cooked in the broth rather than being soaked into the broth and then fried thereafter, hence lacking flavour within the strands of noodles. Also, the broth itself seemed a little missing if meaty flavour, and noticed no traces of pork used here too. Prawns were a tad slimy, and the clams weren't impressive either.
Restaurant standard but paying foodcourt price. Where to find?!?! #hougangmall #highlyrecommended
Nice, soft and smooth steamed egg with minced pork. #dinner #yummy #egg
