Teppan-Ya's rainbow roll is a chunkful of sushi rice that has sufficient tenacity to combat the weight of its complementary ingredients. Thick, succulent shreds of crab meat and avocado are first wrapped with seaweed, followed by a layer of sushi rice before finally topped with a fresh slice of sashimi (salmon, tuna and snapper). The natural sweetness of the crab lifts the creamy avocado while the different sashimi adds varied textures and depths to the dish.

Tried it a few times and didn't disappoint.
First time i had chocolate lava cake as dessert at a wedding and it's so good!!
Ootoro with uni (OMG this was good) salmon belly with ikura, n other good stuff. What an expensive dinner it was. But totally worth it!! #wasabibistro #burpple
