This tze cha serves quality food (hence waiting time might be abit long). This crispy chicken was tender and juicy, fried skin was fragrant. We also ordered sweet and sour pork, hor fun, fried rice and thai style kailan (which was salty). I personally didn't like the black pepper pork ribs too as it was more of the simmered texture with lotsa gravy (vs my expectation of the fried pork ribs coated with sauce)
Went to this unassuming coffee shop near tanjong pagar and ordered the store special. It was sooooooooo good, especially with the spicy fried garlic!!
The garlic chilli paste on top was gd, if only there was more of it
