Perfectly poached eggs with crispy rosti and ham with hollandaise sauce.
Ordered via grab. Donβt recommend to order the cakes for home delivery as their cakes are very soft. So definitely fragile for delivery. Love the earl grey pancakes. The pancakes are soft and a great compliment with the pear. The potato in the rosti and egg is too crispy to my likings. Like the egg, soft and nice. Had order from this shop twice! Happy with my order!

First time spotting eggs benedict on top of the crispy rosti! French ham sandwiched in between, covered with miso hollandaise at the top. Balsamic tomatoes & salad greens by the side to make it slightly healthier. I enjoy the crunch, crisp and the smoothness. TGIS ahead
