The ikura was probably my favourite part of this dish. Otherwise, it was quite disappointing for a restaurant bearing the name of the famous Japanese fish market in Tokyo. In particular, I had expected a thicker, fresher cut of sashimi.
It offers Hitsumabushi of barbecued grilled eel with thick and savoury sauce over rice. Yums.
Spoil yourself with the freshest sashimi and sushi, crunchiest tempura (try Ebizo Signature Tempura Don), comforting ramen (the rich broth lekei ramen Sakuta-ya is a recommended), premium Wagyu beef, and more.

$23.80
Slices of beef marinated with black pepper that require one to put it onto the grill plate. The set comes with a whole range of stuff such as raw vegetables, salad, chawamushi, mushed potato, cold dishes like kimchi, korean beansprout and pickles and dessert which is mango pudding.
thought the truffle was an interesting addition and enjoyed it but other than that... the dish tasted pretty normal
Swordfish sashimi is rather common in Singapore but what about swordfish on a hotplate? My first Teppan Swordfish ($23.80) is served with spicy sauce and vegetables. The moist and firm fillet has a consistency close to that of a sous vide chicken. π€ As much as I love strong flavours, the swordfish tasted better as it is without lemon and spicy sauce. They just overpower the natural sweetness of that fish. After trying swordfish two ways, I declare my undying love for swordfish sashimi. π
