The Steamed Rice with Pork Cartilage on Scrambled Egg and Black Truffle Paste ($15.80) is soooo good. The fork-tender pork cartilage is very soft and it is braised thoroughly in the delicious truffle-infused sauce. Topped with silky scrambled eggs, this is one comforting rice bowl that I will order again next time.

This simple rice dish just brings comfort and homely feeling. Nothing fancy, just drizzle the amount of soy sauce to your preference and dig in.
Quite fascinating and so Hong Kong. Japanese katsu, Indian prata and Hong Kong curry. The cutlet was surprisingly good quality. The curry was rich as usual. The prata was done well but then again it's atas prata.
