Always loved the ambience and service here. (Yes there's wifi to do work and watch the world go by) Thought the coffee and food were just supplementary. Tried their revamped food menu this visit and was pretty impressed by this pizza-like dish. Maximum satisfaction of mozzarella and loved the smoked duck breast! Crust had a good bite albeit being thin and crispy. But I still don't get why its called 'Chinatown'.
Ordered a flat white, cuppucino and miso chicken wings for $20.50. I find the coffee beans more bitter and acidic (not smooth) so if you are a fan of such taste, you will like it here. The wings are so so... definitely can skip it cos it's not worth $9+ for it.
Overall ambience is good but can be better with coffee.
$5.50 for 2 pancake. Not many people here as it is located at level 2
Highly recommended for their fluffy pancakes and bake eggs! Not overly crowded as they space out the seats nicely. Good for group gathering as well. Pricing for their menu are acceptable.
The Loft Café offers a few choices of toppings for pancakes (banana, strawberries and blueberries) which some could be added into the pancakes. Toppings cost $2.80-$3.
Pancakes are soft and not too sweet and blueberries are generously added into each pancake. Every mouth is refreshing and you will not get sicked of it.

Thanks Riyan from @dockyardcoffee for inviting us to your coffee cupping class and @theloftcafesg for hosting us. We learnt today that there are so many things need to be factored in (temperature, roasting method, etc.) to serve a good cup of coffee.
