One of the best Phat Thai I had in some time. The quantity is just fine but some may fine it to be a little less. Hot off the wok, the fried noodle was absolutely delicious, fresh, with the perfect balance of flavors. It was a tad spicy, savory, sweet and sour. I was instantly hooked.
Thai Express makes sure their marinated chicken is cooked slowly to seal in the flavours and to keep it moist. The curry sauce has enough spice to give it plenty of bite, but it's not overpoweringly hot. Its complex spice palate makes it fragrant and fruity while the coconut milk adds a depth of rich flavour. For an extra special finish, try a crispy roti. These little flatbreads are perfect for chasing the last of that amazing sauce out of the corners of your bowl.
Throwback to a lunch at work I had few weeks ago. The green curry was not overly spicy and had enough protein to fill one's tummy

Instead of the usual clear tom yam seafood soup (spiciness level 🌶), I have decided to challenge the Thai Sukiyaki Nam (spiciness level: 🌶🌶🌶) for lunch today. It was served speedily and just from its presentation and aroma, I didn't regret ordering it. The serving of tang hoon and seafood were both generous, thumb up for the freshness of prawn, octopus and fish! The soup tasted more like tom yum, sourish-SPICY, I love it soooo much that I tilted my plate to spoon the last drop! 😋 I am a chilli lover so the spiciness level is just right for my savour, but be warned ‼️ and get yourself a cold drink if you're not a 'hot' person. $11.50 for this plate of wholesomeness, SO worth it!! Will be sticking to it on my next visit ~
