Sososo happy that Temple Cellars is now carrying Two Metre Tall beers from Tasmania. This ale was very refreshing while boasting a rich and complex flavour. Went well with the Katsu don I dabaod from Liang Court.
Slight fizz with a beautifully smooth texture. A bit creamy and incredibly juicy. So proud that this is local! :)
You can find a huge range of meads, wines, gins and of course IPAs here! Love this spot.
Usually not a fan of IPAs, but this was quite a pleasure to drink. The IPA drinks real smoothly with a hint of citrusy sweetness that ends with a pleasant bitterness. The bottle was well designed too which facilitated easy drinking without flooding my mouth.
Singaporean craft beer!! This is a summer ale that I got off temple cellars and it was super refreshing and clean tasting especially on a hot day. Slightly citrusy and malty with a kick of bitterness at the end.
Final mead on the tasting menu, this drink almost KO'd me like its namesake. Likened to a whiskey, this was definitely a slow sipper. Nice and strong with hints of cinnamon and orange in its infusion.
Definitely went well with Fossa Chocolate's Dominican Republic-Öko Caribe 72% dark.
OMG! This had got to be my utmost favorite pairing! Rachelle The Rabbit's Upper Cut is infused with lemon and ginger making it oh so yummy. A recipe that can never go wrong.
Paired with Fossa Chocolate's Chilli Peanut Praliné, which was inspired by satay sauce! I definitely heard a few moans of satisfaction after the first bite (including me lol).
Definitely felt like an 'uppercut' to my tastebuds!
