Halal restaurant so no lu rou fan. This rice came much smaller than the photos zzz. I'll admit, there's still a lot of crispy chicken and fluffy egg, but rice was woeful.
The gas also gave it a fermented nature. But I quite liked it.
Halal restaurant so no lu rou fan. Broth was really thick and strong, worthy of Taiwanese beef noodle. The noodle was weirdly light, more like instant noodle than la mian. The shame was the meat, which was mostly tough and dense.
