This chain operates like a chain that has diluted its OG. The service is cold, the cooking is robotic and the prices are sky high. The food was okay, but definitely not like its Michelin relative.
A Michelin-level BCM has expanded, with multiple branches open country wide.
I first had Tai Wah at their main stall at Hong Lim Park, way before all these multiple branches open country wide.
Although it's presentation and taste is somewhat the same, it's doesn't taste as good as it's original store at Hong Lim.
Still relatively good though.
