The flatly laid mee hoon resembles a huge pancake. It's slightly charred, giving it a wok hei flavour and allowing the noodles to stick together. The noodles are tastisfying and filling, with a flavour tendency to be on the soy saucy side.

The crunchy broccoli and deshelled springy prawn make for a perfect combination. It's yummylicious! The sauce cooked with it elevates the dish.

The cuttlefish is wonderfully marinated with salty fish sauce. Each bite of the chewy and tender cuttlefish delivers a great amount of juicy savouriness. Pair it with the tangy and spicy chili with onion for a more robust taste.

This dish features two medium-sized crabs with a moderate amount of meat, coated in a creamy golden salted egg sauce. The savoury flavour is delightful. Got my hands dirty and dig into that tasty crab.

These huge, plump, succulent chilled oysters will have you slurping to your heart's content. Dayummm! They're so good.
