Sushi Tei is the equivalent of Crystal Jade Kitchen for mid-level Japanese dining in Singapore. Not the best, but reliable quality and reasonable pricing make it a dependable place . We have been loyal customers for 30 years now.

Crispy on the outside and the fats and salmon literally melt in your mouth. Must say I am a convert for this item as I never like fatty fish.

Love the yuzu sherbet here! Very refreshing, sweetness is nicely balanced and there are bits of the yuzu rind in it.

Very fresh and comforting lobster and scallop porridge to warm your soul! Exclusive at Paragon outlet only

($9.80) Cold Green Tea Soba I finally tried their soba after a long time. Not that bad.

(S$15.80++) Pork cutlet coated in black breadcrumbs and deep fried to perfection. But it's quite sad that they don't served rice or noodle 🥲. But at least that the black breadcrumbs was quite crispy and crunchy aftertaste. Pork cutlet was quite tender and don't like so hard.
