Went to Stickies to during their happy hour to try their heiniken, wine, cocktails and snacks like popcorn chicken ($10) and the four cheese pizza ($10)!đ
Overall ratings 9/10!đ Vibes were chill, happy hour and food were all reasonably priced! Highly recommend the popcorn chicken as its so crispy and sinful HAHAđ€Ł Four cheese pizza was just mid as it tasted like bread with nacho cheese instead...
Stickies is doing their food right. We used the entertainer app for 1 for 1 mains during weekday lunch. The mac and cheese is on point. Very rich and mildly sweet flavour with a hinge of truffle smell. The spicy chicken is tender and not too spicy but still spicy enough to give you a kick out of it.
Love the food and will be back for more. đ
With Stickies Barâs numerous promotions and known Beer OâClock deal starting at 2pm, there are few places that can compete with their offer whereby any pint of draught beer and glass of housepour liquor are priced by the time. Thus, a great place to chill with friends over a couple of drinks, settle down with a basket of their signature Popcorn Chicken ($13) topped with pepper and spice. The ideal bar bite for sharing; they were served hot with the right amount of crunch, nicely seasoned and not overly oily. Also, the batter wasnât too thick and good enough that we found ourselves scrabbling after the pieces of shrapnel that were left at the end. What's more, a tip would be to order their Truffle Fries with Truffle Mayo ($12) which is on their recently refreshed menu and dunk the crispy morsels into the rich truffle loaded mayonnaise. The fries too, were addictive and fried to golden-brown perfection.
Thank you @stickiesbar and @burpple for the Eatup invite!
Topped with parmesan cheese, the mountain of fries came with a side of truffle mayo. Although nothing to shout about, it's still a great bar bite option. Went well with my IPA.
Spicy chicken chunks and cheese within layers of tortilla. Loved the spicy kicks that left me sweating. Filling could be more substantial for the price tag, but still pretty good.
Another dish that can't go wrong. Liked how the chicken chunks used weren't fatty and the skin remained crispy even after a while.
