This place uses mozzarella 😍 Very decadent. Order was served in like ~10-15 mins. A meal for two ie two cheese-filled naans and two drinks came up to rm 20.20
Contrary to popular belief, Steven's Corner has more to offer than their chart-topping Cheese Naan (RM8). The cosy mamak well-equipped with mist fans, Wifi and live-football television also garners a top spot in the neighbourhood for its good food all around. For a casual night out with friends, this won't disappoint. The Mee Goreng (from RM4.30) with Ayam Goreng (from RM4) is a winsome combo of fragrant fried noodles and juicy, well-marinated fried chicken. That same delicious marination goes into their Burung Puyuh (deep-fried quail, RM4.80) — though the smaller bird typically yields tougher flesh, it can be delightful when cooked well. For a supper that intrigues, ask for the secret menu of Steven's Mee Kari Konlo (from RM6.80). The dry Maggi noodles are doused in your choice of chicken or mutton curry, topped with a soft-boiled egg. And the final touch, a bubbly glass of warm Teh Tarik (RM1.60).
Avg price per person: RM10
Steven's Corner is well-loved amongst those in the (OUG) neighbourhood but also beyond, with most making their way here for the sensational Cheese Naan (RM6.50). Couple your midnight conversations with a bite to eat at this cosy spot. Order the naan, which encases stringy mozzarella cheese in unsparing portions (cue cheese pull). The dish comes with a default light green dhal, a tasty but mild mung bean-based gravy that helps offset the rich, cheesy flavours. Those who enjoy an instant noodle supper can relish in their Maggi Kari Sup (RM4.50) endowed with a perfect poached egg. It is a mysteriously delicious take on the classic, and we have yet to figure out their secret! Order also the Ayam Goreng (from RM4.50), batter-free fried chicken with a killer marinade.
Avg price per person: RM15

Can never keep track of how much this is (about rm7-8). I think it's that generous overload of stringy, gooey cheese centre messing with my head. Top-notch with the green dhal curry, a mellower version of regular dhal, made of mung bean.
