Within Spectre's cocktail menu, thereβs also a page each dedicated to Negronis, Highballs & Spritz-es (which I havenβt tried yet), & the talented bartenders are able to do bespoke drinks or classics upon request, too.

The Guang Zhou Claypot Rice (S$12++) was comforting Chinese cuisine encapsulated in a claypot. Scrumptious flavours with plenty of ingredients, & priced affordably as well. We totally scraped the bits at the bottom of the claypot clean.

More atypical of food pairing with cocktails at a bar would be the soup & rice, which were both winners in my books.
Thereβs just something about the Herbal Chicken Soup ($20++), with such robust flavours that feel so nourishing. If I didnβt have this at a media tasting, Iβd consider this my own personal pot & wouldnβt want to share π€«
