Well a little disappointed as there isn't any shiitake mushroom. They've replaced it with button mushrooms. The shitake would have made it taste a little different. What was surprising was the deep fried oyster mushrooms. It wasn't oily. It was just plain and you can still taste the flavour of the mushroom.
