Seasons Coconut Chicken

We got the coconut chicken hotpot
(Had to get since we at seasons coconut chicken)

First time having hotpot that actually feels healthy.
Interesting food and first time having such a dish.
We enjoyed the taste of the hotpot. So much so that My friends plan to try cooking something similar on their own.

the soup and chicken will tastes better after it’s been cooked for a while so do let it simmer.

They pour some coconut water but I think it’s not fresh, I think it’s from packaged coconut water. But it’s alright with me.
Chicken portion is quite decent.

with the burpple deal, it’s worth trying!

The sauce(oil) was absolutely delicious. One of the best I've had. It's sweet and has a strong kick, infused w umami too.

Sadly the chicken had a decent texture but there's a lot of bones, impacting the experience. Would have been one of the best I've had if they used boneless cuts

Taste: Coconut chicken steamboat. Soup was tasty and healthy. There was fresh coconut meat added. Really yummy. Ingredients were also fresh.

Atmosphere: Head to the second floor to have the steamboat. Clean and well maintained environment.

Service: Staff was very friendly and prompt to response. Food was served within 10 minutes. Great service! They even helped to cook the chicken for you.

Somehow I’ve been involving myself with a lot of spicy food recently 😩 These wings are fried to perfection - skin is crispy and the meat is moist. The aroma of cumin, heat from the chillis, and the numbness of the Sichuan peppercorns makes you crave for a ice-cold can of Coke.

Love the coconut chicken hotpot here 😍 So flavourful yet light on the palate and didn't leave us feeling jelat at the end of the meal. The ambience was pefect for long conversations with friends. We stayed there for almost 2.5hours, chatting and savouring the food.
