Opened in January 2024 by Sahul Hameed Asan Gani, this stall quickly gained a following for their delicious renditions.

Not overly greasy, the vibrant red hue entices, with the yellow noodles tossed with bean sprouts, cabbage, beef slices, chicken egg, and red chili, topped with a fried egg.

It has good wok hei / breath of the wok, nicely chewy tender soft crunchy in texture, with robust smoky grainy salty meaty savoury vegetal eggy sweet spice flavour. Slight kick of heat.
