Ordered the whole chicken with Diane sauce, served with truffle mash potato & french onion rice ($37.90++)
If you are someone who hates breast meat. Fret not. The texture of Poulet roast chicken is real tender & able to tear off from the bone easily. 👍
Truffle mash is a mush-order, a very comfort & fragrant side. As for the french onion rice, I don’t really like the texture of the rice hence will not recommend unless you just need some carbs to fill your tummy.
Wanted to try non-chicken food from Poulet just for a change, and I think I will not do it again anytime soon 😅
The sea bass, though tender and light (as it should be), is too small and bland. The alfalfa topping is good but seemed to be an afterthought. I had french onion rice and mashed potato as sides (yes both carbs lol) which could be this dish’ only saving grace. But wouldn’t pay for this just to enjoy the sides 🤷🏻♀️

I am a sucker for cream pasta!
Spaghetti, chicken chunks, turkey bacon, sous vide egg, homemade cream sauce, parmesan cheese... thumbs up from me!
Their chicken is soft (even the breast). But the truffle fries were quite tasteless, cheese was a clump, and mango dessert was okay but nothing impressive

Beef oxtail that’s cooked to soft and tender, served in tomato sauce. Ragu is topped with cherry tomatoes & cheese shavings. A flavourful pasta dish

I wanted to have some chicken but discovered that Poulet also served homemade pot pie, and so I ordered the Chunky Chicken Pot Pie (S$13.90).
Breaking open the puff pastry that covered the bowl, I found some diced chorizo sausage and chicken chunks mixed with cheddar cheese and a layer of creamy mashed potatoes. Although I would really say that the portion was really debatable (talk about French cuisine), the least I derived from this set was a combination of comfort food in one place.
