This brought balance of savoury flavour from shredded chicken and a bit of sweetness from fig marmalade. I personally liked the added flavour of fig marmalade in this meal. Served with fries and chili sauce too. 😉
PS Behind is their Poulét Roti Half. 🐔

Pretty amazed at Poulet's take on Iberico pork belly ($15.80++). A braised Spanish Iberico pork belly served with awesome mash, leek confit and topped with double mustard.
The pork just dematerialises in your mouth and the mashed potato is so soft and buttery. We just licked the plate clean.
Yumm yumms.
Apple sauce, moist roast bird... sure felt as though Thanksgiving came early :) Their rotisserie chicken is juicy and good, as always. The half size is perfect for sharing between two - just order a few sides to complete the meal.
We ordered this simply because it sounds so... different. Have never had fried wings with cinnamon in them, just had to give this a try. It was alright, high points for creativity (and festivity) but so-so in terms of taste and texture. The winglets were so heavily breaded, it felt as though we're sinking our teeth into some kind of pastry ;) Comes with a sour cream, apple cold dip. Top up S$5.90 for this with any main course ordered (limited time only).
Smooth and creamy, with heavenly melt-in-your-mouth buttery goodness - this small side of mashed potatoes is, I dare say, almost as good as the one I've had at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon @ Sentosa ;) Only S$4.90.
