🌱 Vegetarian petit gateau made with mascapone, thyme mousse, lemon curd & jelly encased in chocolate shell coating sitting on a sable. Found the choco coating too sweet & too much cream but love the lemon curd!🍋

As simple as it is, it achieve the perfect shape and look of a pebble!😂 with a finesse to the stone look finishing as well (powdery look 👍) - black sesame lovers will love this - super duper rich and nutty!

Made with fresh mango moussse filled inside smooth mango compote, lemon curd and crunchy buttery base. It’s a sweet sour fruity delight✨ well balanced textures as well 💯
