($7) a lot of people said that its nt that nicer tbh bc of too much grainy texture in matcha. But I think that too much order for matcha last month at one go hence the manpower was not that there. I just felt that it's best for letting the hype die first before heading down for best experience. The staff recommended to order hubei instead of fukuoka because they went out of stock. tbh I just felt that it's strong bitter taste and quite balanced texture between matcha and milk.
PSA NO MORE ICE CREAM! The owner said it wasn't particularly profitable unfortunately
Serviceable pecan pie, not too sweet, crusty

Refreshing, light citrusy yuzu & not too sweet for a slice of cake

Green tea powder that is brewed with a nice & smooth
Matcha taste that is not too bitter.

The croissant is crispy & the smoked salmon w the cream cheese is not too salty & sweet with the salad at the sides.
When we first saw this menu, we were taken aback! Jackfruit Pork...interesting 🤔🤔
We were then introduced to the dish by the staff. They shared that it was to mimic pork & what they did was to use jackfruit which was minced to create the same consistency as a minced pork patty. On the outside, it does look like a regular good ol' pork patty, except that it was slightly pale & doesn't char as well. Once you cut into it, you'd notice the tiny specs of yellow, which gave away that it's definitely not 100% meat. Similar to the Luncheon Burger, this Jackfruit Pork burger is also vegan friendly, Non-GMO, halal & Buddhist Vegetarian.
The buns too were the same, made with flour & olive oil instead of butter. The patty unfortunately, wasn't as juicy as a pork patty would usually be, but still a good alternative to those who enjoys something that mimics pork & a healthier option.
