For RM15, you’ll get a light, crisp and sour white wine that’s very easy to drink. Bottles are available too, which is great for bigger groups. It’s only RM52 per bottle, and you can take it home if you don’t finish it.

What a steal for RM25! This generous cheese platter sees five varieties gouda, cheddar, feta, camembert and blue cheese, plus some slices of apple roast ham. Not pictured: an overflowing basket of biscuits to eat with the cheese. My new fav spot for a cheese and wine party.

Where else can you get a decent cognac cocktail for less than RM15, huh? This ones mixed with passion fruit juice (and the fresh fruit) along with mango juice. It’s sweet, fruity and not very strong. There are also pocket-friendly vodka-based cocktails on the menu too.

SS2’s got a new bar that’s not very hidden, but one that will provide a hideaway from the busy neighbourhood, with cocktails, wine and more. Take the entrance next to Lim Fried Chicken and head upstairs. And remember, don’t push the door but slide it to the left.
