We ordered Spicy Sesame Noodles ($13.80). I like the thick and chewy noodle texture and fragrant sesame sauce. However, the peppercorn is abit too 麻 (numbing) for my liking - would love to try the non spicy options next time.
We also ordered the Braised Dish Platter ($10.80 for 3 items) and I think it was a really good deal as the serving was quite generous. We chose Pork Ears, Bai Ye Tofu and Pork Large Intestines, which were pretty tasty. Ahh I miss eating 卤味 in Taiwan🥲
We ordered Mushroom Shreds Chicken Soup ($17.80) and the slow-simmered soup was fragrant, clear and 清甜 (naturally sweet). It came with a generous portion of mushroom and cabbage, though I wished there was more chicken.
A good accompaniment to the light chicken soup that Moon Moon serves. The braised pork rice is savoury, with a small amount of lean meat with fatty bits. Pretty decent.

Udon like noodles that were silky smooth and chewy at the same time. Pretty nice texture I must say, but sauce is on the watery side. For a simple dish, it is pretty pricey.

Known for its homely and comforting health soups, Moon Moon Food serves up authentic Taiwanese and has been consistently on the Michelin Bib gourmand since 2018. This bowl of chicken soup has a slight tangy spicy note from the chilli pepper, but was overall light on the palate. There was a generous amount of cabbage, and a piece of chicken that was unfortunately not as tender as I’d liked it to be.
