A modern twist on traditional dish, this is a stall specialise on serving bowl of pork soup.
If you love pork organ then you should try their pork organ soup, that comes with liver, stomach and intestines. Generous portion of ingredients given but the soup wasn’t that flavourful as expected. It is on a much lighter taste.
This bowl consists of lean meat, pork belly, pork shabu, pork skin, meatballs, egg sausage, radish, spinach. The soup was surprisingly light. I like the handmade meatballs, it’s bouncy and tasty. Egg sausage tasted just like egg tofu with skin. If I were to come back again, I will just order the meatballs and egg sausages.
It comes with pork belly, lean meat, meatballs, egg sausage, spinach and bean sprouts. With so many ingredients, you would think that the broth would be very flavourful. In fact, it is very light! The meatballs reminded me of the sausage from mcdonals. Egg sausage tasted like egg tofu with skin. I would prefer to have just the meatballs and egg sauage.
Very tasty pork soup with lots of porky ingredients to mix and match. Ingredients are fresh and well cooked. A bit pricey but worth every cents. The stall is at Chinatown complex market and food centre #02-137. Opens 1030 am till 830 pm. Closes on Tuesdays.
The egg sausage tasted and felt just like egg tofu, except with the skin of a sausage on the outside
