Menya Kokoro (Plaza Singapura)

This bowl of delicious soba contained grilled carrots, broccoli & tomatoes plus you can add vinegar according to yr satisfactory taste. It’s so appetising!

noodles were really chewy and springy! gave it that good bite. the complementary scoop of rice at the end that you eat with the remaining sauce makes the bowl even better!

Original Mazesoba

The weather is getting colder now, a perfect time to enjoy some warm ramen with Menya Kokoro’s winter special menu.

The spicy broth used Japanese Sansho, a kind of pepper with Hokkaido miso and black garlic. You would enjoy the creamy broth much.

If you really up for challenge, do go for the level 2 of spiciness.

this is their national day special alongside the laksa mazesoba!! the sauce was sO RICH & UMAMI can get slightly jelak, esp since noodle portions here are hugeeeeee. also really like the addition of mantou hehe although it can mislead customers into thinking this tastes like chilli crab (which it doesn’t).

among all the mazesoba i’ve had in SG this has the best meat & soup!!
