The meal was exquisite , every single dish was perfectly executed , made with a very finely balanced flavours of herbs spices & texture . Self cured fish & meats . E food is light & clean but flavourful . Please come hungry becoz by dessert , we couldn’t walk n had to use their compli buggy service to head back to carpark.
Thoroughly enjoyed the chef made sea buckthorn & bay leaf non alcohol drink too .
Featuring Watermelon with goat’s cheese and pistachio, Black trumpet cigar, Hokkaido scallop with sea urchin custard in a potato tart shell, and the Foie gras cornetto.
