Ma Maison Restaurant (Anchorpoint)

Got to love the butter rice in the omurice most! Hidden below the soft omelette, the rice has a strong garlicky-fragrance and blends well with the the tender, flavourful beef. There's usually a queue so try to head down early before mealtimes. (Do try their soup! Tiny portion but rich.)

Good food. Onion soup is really really good! i like the soaked bread beneath the cheese layer!

I liked Ma Maison and hadn't been back in a while, so thought ordering a signature item would be reliable. This was lame af. The pork chops had some fat and were thin enough to bite, but these were pork chops you could get at a caifan stall. Not an inspiring meal at all.

The daily set lunch [$14.90] comes with a salad, a main dish (dory fish), choice of bread or rice, soup of the day
and a drink!
