To be honest, I had the worst experience with the customer service at Cafe Q Classified @ Takashimaya Singapore. The cafe may look extremely stunning, but the poor service attitude and working methods of the staffs were disappointing.
One Indian female server saw us waiting at the entrance but ignored us and continued walking past us. We waited for more than 5 minutes in front of her without any acknowledgment or welcome. Another Chinese female staff also saw us, but she didn't approach to us or ask us anything before leaving.
We saw an empty table with the previous customer's utensils still on it but the Indian staff didn't clean up the dirty table immediately. She also took her time to do other things instead of welcome us.
After wasting of almost 10min, we finally came in. We ordered two drinks, one is Ice Lemon Tea with Lychee and another one is Mango Lemonade.
The first drink served was the Ice Lemon Tea with Lychee, which was really disappointing. It tasted like plain water, and for a small cup with no taste. It costed $8.
We waited for 15 minutes for the Mango Lemonade, but it still hadn't arrived. When we asked the server, we found out that they forgot our order.
When the second drink arrived, the price of Mango Lemonade was $8 too but it was a normal-sized cup. However, the difference was too significant compared to the first drink's small size, and it made me feel annoyed.
Overall, the poor service, slow response, and disappointing drinks made me feel frustrated. I wouldn't recommend this cafe to others, and I wouldn't want to try their food either. 👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻
Was blown away by the quality of both the food and the service. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome.
The star of the show, of course, was the unagi itself. The flavor and texture were out of this world, and I savored every bite.
