Pizza & Pasta

The Mushroom Madness pizza was a set lunch that came with their cold brew tea (this tea was really so so good and refreshing btw!) which made it quite a good deal. + I truly enjoyed the whole combination of the pizza with the cheesy garlicky sauce and the slight char in the crust.

Before we get to this pizza, I just wanted to say that service at Positano was top notch!

This pizza base was nice and crispy at the sides and soft at the centre. We had the calzone version also - but I guess nothing beats the basic margherita pizza. And the staff even told us that their pizzas are freshly made on the spot for when every order comes in.

Don’t think there are a lot of halal thin crusted pizza options in Sg so this is definitely one of the go-to places if you’re craving for that!

This pasta dish reminds me of daging kicap and it was real good! Pasta was cooked well and I really love how the whole thing comes together 🤩

We had the build-your-own pasta - one with pesto and smoked duck and the other with pink sauce! Sauces were really good and personally I felt adding chilli padi into our pasta really changed the whole game of the dish and it was amazing, really complemented both dishes. Would swap out the smoked duck for another meat tho.

Also had the fried calamari as sides - just nicely battered, hot and chewy!
