Pre ordered their Xmas bundle with a collection time of 4pm-4:15pm for 24 Dec 2021 at Westgate Outlet. Reached at 4pm. Was informed there was a delivery delay and order would arrive by 5:30pm. Waited till 8pm and order was still missing. Pressed manager for information, she said she was unable to provide any reason for the delay nor eta for the arrival of the preordered items.

Many families were negatively affected by the above as it was difficult to arrange for alternatives due to the short notice. Abysmal service by Collins Singapore and inability to live up to their end of the transaction.

Will not patronize in future. Tensions were extremely high and many customers were fuming as seen in the photos appended.
