Creamy with generous seafood layered across, this pizza blends the savoury depth of mentaiko smoothly with cheese. Each slice carries briny sweetness lifted by umami, while the crust stays crisp at the edges and softer in the middle. Flavourful and balanced, it’s good for sharing and easy to enjoy 》$26.80

The crust was soft with a bit of char, chewy in the middle and best eaten hot. Toppings were generous with tiger prawns, scallops, cherry tomatoes, plus a creamy mix of mozzarella and mascarpone that gave it a rich but balanced flavour.

The pesto dip in the middle adds freshness and herby notes that kept the pizza from feeling too heavy. Loved dunking the crust into it 》$30

Thin crust, stretchy mozzarella and a mix of truffled mushrooms, giving it an earthy and savoury flavour. The arugula adds a fresh lift that keeps things balanced 》$24

Spicy pepperoni, tangy tomato sauce and stretchy mozzarella on a crisp base. Classic and easy to love 》$24

This pizza shows why the queues are constant. The base is light yet chewy, the kind that feels handmade and rustic. San Marzano tomatoes bring a natural sweetness, lifted by fresh basil and a sprinkle of Parmigiano Reggiano for savoury depth.

The burrata itself is the star. Creamy, rich and indulgent, melting into the tomato base to create that perfect balance of tangy and milky. It’s unfussy, comforting and exactly the kind of pizza that makes the wait worthwhile 》$27

The woodfired pizza crust was just nice, not over chewy or crispy with ricotta cheese, prime Iberico pork sausage, pineapple, and sun-dried tomato 》$18

There’s nothing better than having two flavours on one pizza. The half & half pizza allows us to choose two choices of flavours where we got pepperoni and al funghi.

The thin pizza crust is crispy, topped with cheddar and mozzarella and piled with a generous amount of toppings. The pepperoni pizza came with salami, olive, red chilli and tomato sauce while al funghi includes juicy shiitake mushrooms, caramelised onion, truffle parmesan, arugula and white wine cream sauce 》$30

Savoury chunks of pork sausage well accompanied with tender sweet caramelised red onions and potato cubes then topped with buffalo mozzarella. It is interesting to see potatoes as a topping on a pizza. The pizza crust is thinly crisp on the outside but retains its fluffy and chewy bite inside. The edges of the pizza were also slightly charred which gives a nice smoky flavour. This was one of their signature pizza and interestingly good that I finished half the whole pizza on my own 》$29

The truffle mushroom pizza is packed with assorted mushroom and melted mozzarella for a luscious, gooey combination of flavours together with truffle paste and a drizzle of truffle oil that gives an irreplaceable earthiness 》$18

We wanted to try the laksa pizza but sadly it was unavailable when we were there. We then chose this truffle scented mushroom & egg pizza made up of sliced white button mushrooms, runny egg and truffle oil. The pizza crust is thin yet not overly thin like biscuit, it falls in between with a chewy and slightly crispy texture.
