🥘 Liquid umami bomb. Smoky, Rich, flavorful broth, cooked with a lot of dried scallops. Does not have the artificial sweetness served by many shops. Felt fine, not thirsty even without drinking water 50min after finishing the broth.
🦐 Big, fresh, succulent, QQ, briney-sweet prawns.
🍖 Lightly golden Rib. Firm flesh that slides of the bone and has a wokhey flavor
