Taiwanese 🇹🇼
You can choose to have their Signature dumplings in 3 different styles - boiled, pan-fried, or in a home-brewed chicken superior broth. Dumplings had a very crispy crust, and flavourwise not bad although wouldn't say it's amazing.
If you're nearby in the area and are looking for a fuss-free meal, it's a decent option to satisfy some Taiwanese food & dumplings cravings!

Tbh wasn't expecting much from this but somehow the noodles had this flavour that was actly pretty good?! Not sure if it was scallion oil or smth else but it was fragrant.
For fans of Taiwanese food, here's a place you can check out to get your cravings fixed! Visited the Guoco Tower outlet and their new Egg Roll series caught my attention 🤩.
Pork Floss Cheese Egg Roll ($6.80)
I'm a huge fan of egg rolls, and I liked that the outer pancake layer here was chewy, with a generous amount of pork floss - but was a little dry because of that. Couldn't taste cheese as well, but I enjoyed the sweet-savoury sauce used for this.
NGL it looked good but lacking the v nice/ flavourful braised meat flavour I was expecting.
Pretty mid food overall and expected a lot more :')

Of course black ssm fans like me would want to try this, but felt that other than being crispy/ crunchy at the edges, the toast wasn't buttery enough. Black ssm was grainy but wasn't strong enough for me.
Being a huge fan of Taiwanese food, I'd defo be excited to try all the different Lu Rou Fan and egg crepe roll SG got to offer. Was even more intrigued because they have Black sesame toast here?!
Pork Floss Egg Crepe Roll ($6.80)
Thought it'd be good but this soft crepe roll was not as chewy, and the sauce was also not as flavourful/ strong compared to True Bfast.
DRINKS
Bubble milk tea (0%) ($3.90)
Pearl were all mini, and were q chewy. Most flavour only came from the pearls tho!
Grass jelly milk tea (0%) ($4.90)
Bubble green tea (0%) ($3.90)
Q like their green tea, there's a nice floral fragrance - altho it kinda reminds of Ayataka 😂.
Honey green tea w/o pearl (50%) ($4.90)
Could taste a light honey flavour with the green tea.
This was prob my favourite dish! There's this slightly sweet sauce that reminds of teriyaki sauce?! The chicken was also pretty tender.
Sauce was decent, and the pork belly was pretty fatty, so you gotta enjoy fatty meat to enjoy this!
The garlic taste was v strong here! The noodles here were really thick as you'd expect from udon.
Been seeing many talk about their food recently, and finally went to their Serangoon outlet to try!
MAINS
Sesame Cold Noodles ($7)
Those who like the Kewpie Jap sesame sauce will like this, it's really strong and pretty fragrant, albeit a little too salty!
Thick Toast Crispy Butter ($4.50)
This was a skip for me, because altho the toast was crispy, it was pretty dry. Most of the flavour comes only from the top of the toast - the other flavours might have been better.
Milk Tea ($2.50)
Pretty disappointed with this as I ordered it expecting pretty good Taiwanese Tea, but turned out to be quite bland.
Really comforting and enjoyable food that really satisfied my Taiwanese bfast cravings despite these 2 misses, and an experience that's worth going for in place of travelling to Taiwan in the meantime.
