Garlic naan ($5.50)
Loved that their garlic naan is really fragrant and flavourful! There were chopped cooked garlic bits, so you won't get those undesired spicy garlic flavour.

This is actually made with Dal (lentils)
and kidney beans, so it's know to be a "healthier" dish as a good source of vegetarian protein. As a fan of beans, I definitely enjoyed this one, and it's less thick in terms of texture, making the "gravy" easier to "scoop up" when you pair with naan.

Just look at how THICK this is!! Absolutely loved how it isn't watery, and was so flavourful and creamy I loved it. Chicken was also tender, and definitely great to pair with naan or kulcha.

We ordered 2 portions worth to share, and it's essentially a stuffed bread cooked in claypot. I liked that their bread was really soft and easy to eat, and definitely great as a side to pair with our gravy.

Parotta - this was essentially prata (?), And similar to naan, it's great to pair with sauces as your carbs 🤭.

Their Garlic Naan came in a pretty huge piece, so you can share it with 2-3 other people!

Vaazhai Ilai Meen Varuval - Fish Troncons Marinated in Spiced Curry Leaf Paste, wrapped in Banana Leaf and cooked till tender.

Kadai Prawn - Fresh Prawns and Capsicum tossed in Onion Tomato Gravy and Aromatic Spices.

Mutton with Coconut and Roasted Southern Spices. This was not too gamey and surprisingly texture was not too chewy as well!

Karuvepillai Eraal Varuval - Prawns Marinated in Spiced Curry Leaf Paste - for prawn lovers for sure! I can't eat prawns but the others mentioned it's not bad!

Butter Chicken
Usually a must-order when we have Indian cuisine. Their chicken is simmered with Tomatoes-Cashew Gravy, Butter and Spices. Great to pair with Naan or Parotta.

Chicken Dum Biryani
Basmati Rice cooked with Chicken and freshly ground spices. The chicken was slightly dry here tho.
