The noodles are cold and you can choose to add on Ebi for 3 pieces at an additional cost. But better to add for more flavour. Dipping bowl /sauce for udon is only a small amount. But using 1-1 from burpple Beyond, this is still reasonable
This is one of the chef’s recommendation. Somehow cod size is abit small now. Nonetheless, it’s still well cooked..
Pork belly with avocado and onsen egg. Get ready to share this dish as it’s really filling! Would have prefer this pork belly to be tender and melt-in-mouth though.
One of the better food items recommended by JQ in the list. The har gow skin is thin and oozing with ingredients inside. There is strong umami taste with each bite. Would recommend it, as it’s not the usual Har Gows.
Nothing fanciful at all. This costs around $21 if not mistaken. We don’t mind to pay for 5 sticks satay if it’s good. But, it isn’t good. Still clueless as to why this is a Justin Quek recommended dish!
Have tasted more of neighbourhood satay that beats this hands-down. The only pros is that the peanut satay sauce that goes with satays is of a generous amount.
Well, it costs $16. Was ok, slight refreshing taste from the crunchiness. Honestly, it’s over priced and though it taste ok, pretty alright. But seriously, it fails to deliver as a more attractive vegetable dish.
