๐ดUnassuming spot for affordable and hearty Korean food.
๐๐๐๐ ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฎ๐ฉ ($13.70) - Comforting soup that was light on the palette with depth of beef flavour. Enjoyed the sweet juicy radish and slurpworthy glass noodles. Only gripe was the hot temperature that made the beef was on the tougher side.
๐๐๐ ๐๐ก๐ข๐๐ค๐๐ง ($12.70) - Rich and well-marinated succulent meat with mix of crunchy vegetables and sweet onions.

- ๐๐ฐ๐๐๐ญ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ญ๐๐ญ๐จ ๐ญ๐จ๐ฐ๐๐ซ ๐ฃ๐ฃ๐๐ฃ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐๐จ๐ง ($16.90 alacarte) - Classic twist on the usual savory noodles with generous topping of crisp sweet potato shavings. Added a nice textural contrast and sweetness; def worth a try once but personally prefer the classic slurpworthy rendition.
๐-๐๐จ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ ๐ฌ๐ฐ๐๐๐ญ & ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ค ($33.90) - Eye-catching Tangsuyuk with fresh greens, paired with 4 homemade sauces of differing sweet, sour, spicy nature. Pork pieces were addictive with crispy light batter and tender meat.
๐๐๐ง๐ ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ค ($20) - Sweet and sour crispy fried pork. Addictive bites that leaned on the sweeter side.
๐๐ค๐๐ง๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ ๐ข ($25) - Fried chicken chunks with succulent meat and flavourful sweet, garlic, sesame marination.
๐๐๐ง๐๐ฎ ($14) - Plump and generously loaded with aromatic mix of juicy minced meat and chives.
๐๐ฃ๐๐ฃ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐๐จ๐ง ($13) - Lighter rendition with the use of leaner minced meat (opposed to fattier belly cuts in other restaurants). While not as flavour-packed or with wok hei, it was earthy tasting and satisfying. Personally would recommend adding $2 for the Gang Jjajangmyeon ($15) that includes an oozy sunny side up and juicy mushrooms.
๐๐๐๐๐จ๐จ๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ง๐๐๐ค๐ ($25) - More eggy rendition with good amounts of fresh seafood.
๐๐๐๐ ๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ซ๐ญ ๐ซ๐ข๐ ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฎ๐ฉ ($35) - One of the better galbitang around with the delicately clean taste, depth of flavour, tender ribs, and sweet daikon.
๐๐ผ ๐๐๐ง๐ฃ๐ข๐ฉ ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ญ๐๐ซ ($188/ 650g) - Have the meats cooked for you, resulting in perfect done-ness! Quality cuts including juicy and succulent prime ribeye ($68), leaner boneless short ribs ($50), caramelized marinated pork collar ($36), and Kurobuta pork belly ($38).
Treat yourself and your friends and family to Seoraeโs latest Festive set featuring ๐ต๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ด ๐ผ๐ณ ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐! The pork set goes for $188 while ours had mix of pork jowl (Hanjeongsal), chicken Dakgalbi, oyster blade, and beef skirt (Galmaegisal).
The set also included a delicious crispy pancake loaded with prawns and squid, choice of hearty soup, and an alcohol tower. Enjoyed the sweet and refreshing Lychee makkoli that paired well with the rich marinated meats.

Jjamppong had a savory spicy broth, smoky aroma, and depth of seafood flavour. Also enjoyed the assortment of seafood.
Jjajangmyeon was lighter on the palette with the use of more lean meat (opposed to fattier cuts in other restaurants). While not as flavour-packed or with wok hei, it was earthy tasting and still enjoyable. Would recommend going for their more affordable lunch sets as dinner time this was $15+
Been craving for Korean marinated crab since first trying them in Seoul 1 year ago and glad that more restaurants are slowly introducing them here. At $28+/piece, itโs decently priced considering we had it for $35 each in Korea.
While it canโt help but be less fresh than the source, it was nonetheless indulgent and satisfying. Their rendition featured less bright orange roe and were a tad more briny but well-marinated without being too salty. Itโs not the easiest to dig through but the savory and umami-packed jelly-like meat were worth the effort.
