Spiciness level 1-12. I was told normal is 1; 3-4 if you can take spicy. So I opted for 2 and it was pretty damn spicy but manageable (cleaned my plate). I think 2 is the max I’m willing to go without torturing myself.

Love the crispy bits and the spicy chicken was a perfect match with the sweet indomie - huge portion of maybe 2 packets worth of indomie - that helped to offset the 🔥.

Fangko melaka coffee was still pretty strong, not too sweet with a smoky melaka undertone after sometime in the cup of ice. Please order their coffee or any milk based drink for optimal enjoyment of your meal - I needed it.

Minced meat, fried shallots, mushroom, pork lard, half boiled egg, black vinegar and chilli.

Their freshly made egg noodles are like a thicker kolo mee or maggie mee cooked al dente. I like their chilli - it has some heat. They are generous with the noodles. It does not really taste like the local bcm anyway.

In summary, it is a really vinegary, slightly spicy bowl of noodle with minced meat. I finished it. It was okay, not something I will pay $8.90 for again though.
