Mexican 🌯🌮

Had pulled beef quesadillas at @santafetexmexsg and it was served with sour cream, salsa and guacamole. The beef was tender and the quesadilla went well with the different sauces but I would have liked more cheese in the quesadilla as there wasn't enough for me 😅

@santafetexmexsg has nachos with a variety of dips to choose from. We got chilli con queso which is chilli and cheese which had a nice creamy flavour with a slight spicy kick along with some cilantro to add some fragrance to it. I would have liked it more if there was more chilli but it's a good side to share with its large serving portion!

A friend introduced me to @papistacossg and I liked their chicken quesadilla! It was packed with a lot of tasty chicken and cheese plus it wasn't too oily as some quesadillas end up being too! 😋 I would have liked it more if the sour cream and salsa had a stronger flavour but the quesadilla was good without them too hehe

Got a chicken quesadilla and carne asada fries. I like how the quesadilla was crisp and cheesy inside but not too rich. The carne asada fries has guacamole, sour cream, beef and cheese which was flavourful too! It's good to share as the flavours can be a bit rich for some.

These were flavourful plus not too greasy like how some quesadillas can be too!

Nacho’s Mama Nachos with our choice of meat (beef) and this was really heavy and large portion but it was good! There was a good amount of jalapeños, black bean paste, cheese and guac in this 😋 this is good to share between 3-4 people.

This has a mix of Korean sauces and ingredients commonly used in Mexican food. The beef was flavourful and tender as well. Tacos/burritos are one for one with burpple beyond!

We got the Carne Asada fries, a chicken and a fish quesadilla. The Carne Asada fries came with a generous serving of guacamole, steak and cheese sauce 😋 It was a hearty and yummy meal indeed! 😍
