The risotto was so luxurious and creamy with savoury umami taste from all the mushrooms. I feel like the different mushrooms provided different textures to the dish. The enoki with its crunchy texture, the oyster mushrooms with its tender and soft texture and the shiitake with its smoky and full-bodied flavor. Break that yolk and mix it all around for that additional silky finish to the risotto. It's packed full of flavor and a great dish for friends and families to enjoy.

Not something that i would order but was recommended, so why not? The crispy tortillas was stuffed with tom yum scrambled eggs, chicken ham, tomatoes, sriracha aioli, coriander and cheddar cheese. Parmesan cheese, pomegranate pearls and coriander leaves added for that pop of color. Squeeze that slice of lemon all over for the tangy punch.
