I think I just found my new favourite at Two Men Bagel House! When we went at 1pm, almost all the bagels flavours were sold out (!!) but thankfully we managed to get our hands on a seeded bagel. We ordered the Warthog, which I think is a new addition to their menu? And it was sooo good 😋 I love the Asian flavours in this bagel - thick cuts of smoked pork belly with char siew sauce, cucumber, onion and coriander. And their bagels were freshly made and toasted 👍🏼

Best shared among 2-3 people, the Half & Half combo is a really great platter for those who want a bit of everything 😋 It comes with half slab of sticky bones and baby back ribs, with sausages, fries, coleslaw and salad! And you get a choice of 2 sauces - Hickory Sweet BBQ, Kansas Sweet BBQ, Garlic BBQ, Smoked Peppercorn or Spicy Asian BBQ. My favourite was Hickory BBQ, which was sweet and smoky! The ribs were tender as well 👍🏼

While Morganfield’s is known for their ribs, this deserves a separate mention on it’s own! 😍 Nachos topped with pulled ribs, chili, sour cream and cheese (with a good cheese pull!!!) It may not look thaaat appetizing, but it was really good! 😋

I had high hopes and really wanted to love this, but the duck leg confit was unfortunately way too salty for me 😢 The service was good and I really liked the appetizers (french onion soup was really rich and cheesy!! 👍🏼), but the main dish was quite a disappointment. If you like heavier meals or meals that are rich on flavour and salt, then this may be for you? But personally this was a miss for me :(

Really love how value for money this cafe is! This was pesto pasta with fried salmon and a choice of cheese or parsley crust. The salmon was really nice - not too dry. Do try the coffee here if you’re a fan of coffee! Plus it’s a pet-friendly cafe 😊

Nestled in a quiet part of Singapore within PUB Recreation Club, this football-themed cafe is truly a gem! We ordered the Team Burger, which is a beef burger topped with cheese, turkey bacon, onion jam and sautéed mushrooms. It is served with fries (which can be changed to truffle fries at an additional cost!) I really love this burger because the beef pattie is really juicy! And it comes with bacon was well!! 😍 This is a really good burger!!

Decided to try the mini burrito bowl, and it was still very filling! Added guacamole ($1), parsley and chopped onions (from the condiments bar) as well 😋 The spicy grilled chicken was flavourful and tender, but was not as spicy as I had hoped. I liked that it came with nacho chips, which you can dip and eat with the guacamole!

Whenever someone asks me what to order at Supply and Demand, I ALWAYS recommend their truffle fries. In fact, these were the first truffle fries I tried and I have been coming back for more ever since! I like how their fries are thickly cut, which sets them apart from the usual shoestring fries. The fries were drizzled in truffle oil and come with shaved Parmesan and ACTUAL garlic cloves!!!! It also comes with two tasty dips, but trust me, the fries are really super good on their own!!

We couldn’t decide between The Ribs and Primal, so we decided to get both! The Ribs was really really good. The ribs were tender and smoky, well worth the calories. Primal was good as well, but the brisket could have been less dry! Nonetheless, the pickles and mustard complemented the brisket very well! We did feel slightly jelat after the meal, so maybe grab a drink to wash it down? 😊

I wanted a light and refreshing drink to go with my meal, and this did not disappoint! Sunday’s Apple is part of Ninethirty’s Good Morning Beverages (but are served till 10pm on weekends and public holidays). It is a refreshing blend of freshly squeezed apple juice, bitter lemon and fresh mint. The drink was thirst-quenching, minty and not too tart!

One of the better truffle fries I’ve tasted! Fragrant, hot and crispy!! 😊 It came with a side of house garlic aoli, although the fries were already amazing on its own! The portion was big as well.

Medium ribeye steak served with red wine sauce!! Really juicy and flavourful with just the right amount of fats. However, the mushrooms were a tad salty. Nonetheless, really good steak for a very reasonable price. I would come back and order this again!
