First time to try Turkish food at this cool neighborhood cafe.

Okay the wait is over, the meat is ready, those lamb and chicken meat just looks flavorful. This is one of those pieces of meat that deserve a moment of silence, oh that is wondrous! The kebab lamb meat just collapses in my mouth! You taste onions and spices in there and what really focuses on is that slow grill over the fire. Giving it that wonderful smokey, greasy like umami flavor.

Starting off this Turkish food with a legendary hummus and oh I cannot wait to dig into this. First bite of the hummus, oh wow it taste hearty AMAZING! It’s a relatively simple ingredient dish, but where you really notice the difference is, are the textures and ratios of ingredients. And then even though you see a pool of olive oil, it doesn’t feel oily at all. That hummus is just absolutely awesome!
