Dim Sum For Breakfast?

I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. The rice noodle roll was pan fried first and it was served with peanut butter sauce. Not too bad at all!

The XO version here was awesome. The added spice gave it that extra oomph as well!

Zha leung is made by wrapping cheong fun (rice noodle roll) around youtiao (fried dough). Love this!

It is truly one of the best around. Crispy pork crackling and tender melt-in-your-mouth meat. I couldn't ask for more!

What are my favourites? Char siew pau (baked bun with BBQ pork) - the very tasty and crusty baked skin made this pau taste so much better than the typical steamed version.

Ma lai gou (steamed egg cake) - I normally do not like the Singapore or Malaysian version of this cake but this is different. The texture is softer and the slightly caramelised taste oh so delicious.
