Bought these utterly delicious chocolate chip cookies from one of the many stalls at @wheelersfestivalsg. These were the best choc chip cookies I've had. Not too sweet but full of aromatic choc chip flavour!

For those who prefer it sweet, my daughter loved the white choc flavour too! A little sweeter but still not overly so. They somehow manages to strike the right balance.

- Cheesy fries
- Pork jowl
- Turkish bread with hummus, moutabal, lemon and dukkha

Not everything we ordered was yummy but there were enough good ones. The main reason for being at Wheeler's Estate today was to listen to live music and in this regard, they scored brilliantly.

I thought the one I had recently from Hoo Kee at Amoy Street Food Centre was already very good but I was told by a regular patron that it used to be much better. She then bought me this from Hiong Kee at Hong Lim Food Centre.

This truly had the aroma and flavour of a traditional homemade dumpling. Similar to the one from Hoo Kee, it had a tasty salted egg yolk inside 😋.

Tried this fairly new sushi bar at Raffles Exchange. Its original outlet is located within the NUS campus.

The wagyu beef was charred really well. Served with a 62-degree celcius egg, truffles and soy based beef sauce on Akitakomachi rice, it was really delicious!

While the price is a little steep at $22.90, you do feel like you are eating a good quality donburi.

This was not on the lunch set menu but @blueskiescottonclouds had it during a prior visit and loved it! Chef @carlosmontobbio kindly indulged us by letting us try it - thank you so much. I love cherries so needless to say this was my favourite dessert!

Beer ice cream 😍, Banana textures and Caramel sauce. If you prefer sweet desserts, this would be an ideal choice. I especially loved the beer ice cream 😋.

This was an extra order, a seasonal item from the board. The carabinero (scarlet shrimp) was amazingly sweet. So sweet we couldn't let the shrimp head go to waste! Thank you @blueskiescottonclouds for ordering this.

It looked so beautiful that I couldn't resist stealing a bite from @veronicaphua's plate. This was the other choice for the main. I loved how the artichoke purée complemented the scallops so well. Not forgetting the yummy burnt onion and chorizo crumbs too! 😋

With pulled pork on top of the burger patties and served with cabbage slaw and tartar sauce. Although the burgers looked ordinary, they were packed full of flavour. I've never had a pork burger, let alone one so tasty. I dare say that it tasted better than many beef burgers I've had!

The set lunch, which is available on Tuesdays to Fridays, is really good value. For $38, you get 1 snack, 1 tapas, 1 main, 1 dessert and 1 cone. Thanks @pinkotoro for the recommendation and @blueskiescottonclouds for organising this lunch.
