What are my favourites? Char siew pau (baked bun with BBQ pork) - the very tasty and crusty baked skin made this pau taste so much better than the typical steamed version.

Ma lai gou (steamed egg cake) - I normally do not like the Singapore or Malaysian version of this cake but this is different. The texture is softer and the slightly caramelised taste oh so delicious.
