Smooth tofu but the skin had a weird after taste. Fish maw was thick and had a nice chewy texture.
Located in Nilai Convention Centre, Loon Sing is has spacious dining halls, private rooms and ample parking spaces suitable for weddings or large gatherings.
In frame: Dong Po Pork (RM45.60). Big pieces of tender meat coated in black sweet sauce. The lean meat to fat ratio was just right. Sauce was pretty tasty, and was wiped clean with the steamed mantao by my sister.
