Fresh prawns swimming in a pool of liquid gold curry sauce, which is creamy in texture and has a kick of spiciness to it. My cousins and I have our eyes only on this dish throughout the whole meal. The sauce is so delicious that we fight to get every last drop of it, leaving the plate sparking clean✨at the end of our meal. Just give us this with a plain bowl of white rice and we are done! Large-(pax of 12) RM80
Served in a large metal plate, the fried fish🐟 is garnished with brinjals🍆, long beans, cabbages, and lady fingers. As for the fish, it is has that crispy exterior followed by a flaky flesh. I am a big eater! So, when I say this fish is B-I-G. Trust me. It is BIG! This dish can feed up to family of 4. The curry sauce is light on the palate and it leaves a pleasant curry after taste in your mouth. However, I think it would be better if it has more of that spicy🌶 oomph! So, this is a dish suitable for kids or adults (I am judging you!😛) who can't stand spicy food.

This is NOT your typical curry fish head. With the price of RM37, you will be be getting the WHOLE fish! Red snapper fish is fried then stewed in a clay pot of pipping hot curry gravy accompanied with some assorted vegetables like eggplants, ladyfingers, green beans and 'tau foo pok'. The fish had a robust savory and spicy flavor infused into it as it is cooked in curry as opposed to it just being steamed. It is like what the Cantonese people would say 'Hou Yap Mei'(好进味)! Although it being fried, the flesh of the fish is still succulent.
Deep fried Tilapia fish 🐠 swimming in creamy buttermilk sauce. The gravy is rich and creamy with the tantalising flavours of curry and chili . My siblings couldn’t stop spooning lots of it over their white rice 🍚. I , on the other hand just directly spoon it into my mouth 😳. bengeeng.blogspot.com
